206 North Huron is a designated historic site on the Federal Register. It was built in approximately 1858 and served as a private residence until the 1960s when it was converted to a district court. The building was purchased from the City in 1978 and remodeled in 1979 to serve as a law office. The building currently houses four small law firms of which Manchester & Associates is one.
