Attorney Nicole Mackmiller's practice includes family law and immigration law. As a knowledgeable and experienced divorce and family law practitioner, Nicole has represented many men and women in Washtenaw, Wayne, Oakland, and Livingston county areas with a focus on preserving what matters most to her clients in divorce, support, and custody matters.
Ms. Mackmiller earned her juris doctor from Ave Maria School of Law, where she was also a student client advocate at the law school's Asylum and Immigrant Rights Clinic. She is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan. Ms. Mackmiller has volunteered as an advocate and speaker with the Alliance for Immigrants Rights and Reform. Ms. Mackmiller is an ICLE contributor and has spoken and written on the immigration consequences of criminal behavior for ICLE.
